I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. The location, right next to a beautiful beach in Cherating, was absolutely breathtaking. I could wake up every morning and enjoy the stunning beach view right from my room. The sound of the waves crashing was incredibly soothing, making for a peaceful night's sleep. I also loved the fact that there was a large swimming pool with an island in the middle, creating a visually stunning sight from my room.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I highly recommend it to family and friends.

The beach, very mice and clean
The rooms are a bit running down, i think if well maintained many people would come, but still relatively good to price

This resort boasts a location by a river leading to the sea, which guests can enjoy from the reception area. the resort is located right by the beach, providing guests the opportunity to feel the sand against their skin. the breakfast served by the resort is quite good with friendly service, and the swimming pool is superb, along with several other facilities available.
Some parts of the hotel seem to be quite old, and the bathroom facilities are not in the best shape.

Room: Curtains did not close, Poor view of gardens. Shower attachment did not fit plus screen was badly fitted, hence water went everywhere. Pool was not clean and foul smell of sewerage near pool side.

Big swimming pools, walking distance to the beach, bog compound to stroll around, friendly staff
looks old and jaded, furnitures need upgrade, only one restaurant, lobby is not impressive, landscaping needs to be improved.

Our Easter holiday in this hotel was refreshing and enjoyable. We loved the spacious swimming pool and easily accessible beach. the breakfast options were surprisingly fresh, and the staff friendly and helpful.
We noticed some areas of the hotel were in need of cleaning and upkeep. the room locks were difficult to handle and some amenities were outdated.

Hotel had a nice stretch of beach just next to it.
We stayed there twice, one night each, during our recent trip to Malaysia. The first time, the room was good, very modern and up to date and had a nice shower, bed, etc. The second time round, our room was at another wing and much more run down and basic. However, price was still the same. Hotel should have an equality in the room standards.

Best place for a family vacation! The rooms were spacious and the beds were big. The pools were very clean and were a great way to cool off from the hot weather. There were plenty of staff around to assist us with our needs. The location was perfect for a beach getaway, with the beach just a few steps away from the hotel. , the local restaurants along the main road are definitely worth trying out.
The outdated furnishings in the hotel, however, this didn't affect our overall enjoyment of our stay. the breakfast buffet could be improved with more variety in the food offerings.

Quite relaxing place to be with the family. Like the facilities, esp. the swimming pool & spa. Rooms were refurbished.
The staff who was in charged at the sports complex on that day was very rude. Other than that, all other staff were pleasant & overall stay was enjoyable although the on-off experience above is a put off. Beach was a little unkept however. Need to have another restaurant, as one isnt enough to cater for the crowd, especially peak periods.
